Scent: This oil has a very warm, almost nutty kind of scent. It is a spice that really can give a variety of scents a great finish for Christmas.

Note: top (it seems more mid to base to me :0)

Blends to try: cinnamon, bay, clove, geranium, lime, coriander, mandarin, orange, petitgrain, rosemary, tea tree

Uses: muscle aches and pain, arthritis, gout, rheumatism, muscle fatique, poor circulation, eases labour pains (wish I had known that!) warms muscles

Safety: May irritate sensitive skin. Avoid in pregnancy. Not for prolonged use or in high concentrations. (as with many essential oils, used with care, it is a wonderful oil).
