The soothing and relaxing scent of lavender combined with the cooling and refreshing scent of spearmint.

This is a really nice blend in a spritzer bottle with your favourite floral water. I don't recommend spraying on your face, the spearmint may be harsh and always keep your essential oils and products away from children.

I use about 5 drops per 2oz bottle. Be aware that mint can burn as well as cool if you use too much.

I like to use floral waters as a base and boost them with the essential oil blend. You can have a variety of scents by changing the floral water base.

Also beautiful in a cooling soap. Use at .7 oz per pound of oils to make your own.
