– Ghana Shea

  • Ivory* – very mild scent for a shea butter. Definitely milder than the first shea I ever tried – pew femme a la dirty socks!
  • Beige

– Refined Shea

  • Organic White* – smooth as butter! And pure white.

- Cocoa Butter

  • Pure Prime Pressed Golden* – one of my oldest favourites. Love that chocolately scent and powdery soft feel.
  • Fair Trade Organic Steam Deodorized
  • African Natural – Dark* – one of my newest favourites. It’s so unique. A little softer than the other cocoa butters too.

NATURAL CARRIER OILS – quick links

- Certified Organic

  • Certified Organic Unrefined Hemp Seed Oil* – the colour of this oil memorizes me and of course the fact that it is so ‘raw’.
  • Certified Organic Virgin Oil de Coco-Creme* – another can’t do without. Beautiful to give anything a summer holiday feeling.

  • Certified Organic Unrefined Golden Jojoba Oil* – I hardly ever make a lotion without it. Gives a velvety feel and indefinite shelf life.

  • Macadamia Nut Oil* – so soft. I love pretty much any nut oil I’ve tried.
  • Hazelnut Oil* – same feel as the Macadamia only a lighter colour and pretty much scentless.
  • Kukui Nut Oil* – a very popular and light oil used often for aging skin.

Too Good to Miss

  • Fractionated Coconut Oil* – light, colourless and odourless with an indefinite shelf life. Almost anything goes with this oil.
  • Monoi de Tahiti* – The scent of this oil is something that everyone should try. I’ve used it on it’s own in the bath for as long as I remember and have never tired of it. Decadence at it’s best.
  • Refined Avocado Oil* – Extremely soothing. Not too heavy but substantial.
  • Cosmetic Grade Emu Oil

  • Olive Oil Squalane* – light, odourless and colourless with the ability to increase absorption of nutrients into the skin. Can’t beat it.
  • Botanical Extract Complex LSC* Packed full of goodies. Fairly light, can be used as the oil portion in almost anything skin care except for soap.

  • Anise* – If you like the smell of black licorice, you will probably love this. I do.
  • Balsam Peru* – I like to use this to give a slight vanilla scent to an oil blend. It is very thick and sits on the bottom slowly infusing itself in.
  • Basil* – I was really surprised with this oil. It has a slight licorice scent as well with a green tone. One of my top picks.
  • Bay* – Nice, understated scent. Beautiful to give a slightly mellow or leafy tone to your blend.
  • Bergamot* – I love the stickability of this oil and the mellow yellow feel it gives.
  • Cedarwood
  • Cinnamon Leaf
  • Clary Sage
  • Cypress* – A sparkly conifer. Light and cheerful and clean.
  • Douglas Fir

– E – G

  • Eucalyptus
  • Eucalyptus – Lemon
  • Frankincense Frereana* – nice woodsy scent, puts me in mind of the heart of a tree.
  • Douglas Fir* – fresh pine, love it in the house.
  • Geranium – Rose* – especially nice for a floral soap – sticks very well
  • Geranium – Chinese* – adds a floral but green note.
  • Grapefruit – White* – fresh!

  • Juniperberry* – Complex, fruity yet coniferous. Uplifting.

– L – O

  • Lavandin Super
  • Lavender – European* – a staple. Love the deodorizing floral effect.
  • Lemon 5x* – love it blended with frankincense or any uplifting essential oil, especially around the house.
  • Lemongrass
  • Lemon Tea Tree
  • Lime (Key)
  • Litsea Cubeba
  • Myrtle Leaf* – hard to describe, I just like it :0)
  • Nutmeg Extra* – spicey and homey, deep.
