Prompt Delivery during “The Season”
Just wanted to let you know that we are entering the busy season (like I have to tell you :0) .
This is a time when things are busier here and often you are in a rush for your order as well.
To ensure that things go smoothly for all, here are a few ways to ensure prompt delivery of your order.
Order in plenty of time. I try my best but sometimes due to sales volume it takes 2 – 4 days to ship. If you need it yesterday or by a certain day, be sure to let me know in the message section.
If you absolutely must have it shipped next day, you can put rush in the message box and I will work overtime for a $5 charge (that’s not really a bad deal :0) Please try to place your order as early as possible in the day so that I can schedule accordingly.
Orders placed on the cart are always processed faster as the invoice, pricing etc is already finished and databased with the others, there is no danger of your order being lost in email and our customer service department gets a copy so they can keep me in line :0)
Sometimes, for reasons unknown, the cart won’t work. In that case feel free to email customer service with your order, they will send you an invoice and a paypal request for funds if that is your preferred payment option or any information you need to complete your order.
If you have tried to place an order but it timed out etc, let us know. Often when that happens we recieve a copy of your order without payment so all is not lost. We will contact you if we recieve your order at any rate.
If at any time you don’t hear from us within a reasonable time, don’t hesistate to email, sometimes wires do get crossed and it never hurts to check and give us a boot in the rear if we need it :0)

If you prefer to pay by cheque, you can print it, fill it in and mail it with your payment.
Phone Policy – In trying to keep things efficient and guarantee that everyone is taken care of in a timely manner, I prefer to keep correspondence to email. I have no phone staff at this time and tracking, returning calls etc can be very time intensive.
It also ensures accuracy, I can’t tell you how many times I have gotten things wrong with phone orders, my bad phone connection doesn’t help matters as well as an answering machine that delights in glitching exactly at the pivitol point in the message, like the phone number for example.
Email also gives us a record to verify details later if needed. This can be extremely important in shipping and accuracy of your order upon delivery as well as allowing us to process your order in a timely manner.
And I can also keep records of questions and answers to post for everyone in the FAQ page that is coming soon.
If this is a problem for you, please drop me a line. I am open to any input on the matter. I realize that some people do prefer phone communication and would like to do my best to accomidate you.
I also wanted to mention that lately I have heard from a lot of you who have ordered in the past and new customers as well and as always, am overwhelmed at what a nice bunch of people I am truly blessed to serve.
