How Much Facial Clay To Use In My Natural Face Mask?
Using natural clays for making homemade face masks is easy peasy and sooooo much better than the synthetic laden cheap masks and scrubs that you can get at the retail stores.
And they are not very expensive either when you break it down, especially if you factor in what you are not getting – on your skin, absorbed into your body or washed down the drain and into the environment.
You can make them in under 5 minutes – I make mine some mornings while I’m making my coffee – one morning I decided to try using a teaspoon of coffee as the liquid – worked great!.
They are so flexible and good for your skin – I see an improvement every time I use them as they wash away dead skin and polish up the healthy skin below.
To illustrate I snapped a few pictures, because every time I make one of these I marvel at how little I need and I’m always thinking – everyone should know!!
5 MINUTES TO WHIP UP A QUICK FACE MASK WITH NATURAL CLAYS TO EXFOLIATE, CLEANSE, POLISH AND NOURISH…

This is 1/2 teaspoon. It will easily make 2 – 3 face masks – 4 if you add something else like yogurt rather than water. Even more if you use ground almonds etc.

I measured the 1oz bag. It contained 11 1/2 tsp’s. Easily enough to make 22-33 face masks if adding only liquid – a lot more if you are using it in a mixture of dry or thicker ingredients. NOTE: I used the Pastel Pink Clay to measure – results may vary as some clays weigh more than others.

SUMMER HOLIDAY FUN!
I’ve found Clays to be a very popular item at the Farmer’s Market because mom’s are looking for something fun to do with the girls and their friends over the summer holidays.
And a natural, healthy, fresh glow to boot!
